Shipping Policy

At Mind and Mythos Media LLC, we’re committed to delivering your books safely, promptly, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle delivery concerns.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or special launches), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States via USPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may occasionally be offered during promotions—we’ll let you know when it’s available!

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping (if available): 2–3 business days.
    Note: These are estimated delivery windows. Carrier delays due to weather or high volume are outside of our control.

4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipping.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your book arrives damaged, or your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at mindandmythosmedia@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable).

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

8. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
However, if your order was damaged or incorrect, please reach out—we’ll make it right with a replacement.
