At Mind and Mythos Media LLC, our goal is to ensure you receive high-quality, undamaged books. Please review our returns policy before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect:

• Contact us at mindandmythosmedia@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

• Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.

3. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the order ships.

• Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
